MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
Biodynamic Psychotherapy offers a deeply holistic approach that embraces the human being in all their different dimensions—physical, psychological, energetic, and spiritual. It is the foundation of my work.
Its focus on the core self—the vital essence within each of us— naturally align with the Buddhist teachings on our fundamental nature that have guided my own path. Biodynamic Psychology not only offers a wide range of well-established and appreciated tools but also welcomes any approach that honors and respects the life force within us. This creates a spacious field where freedom, spontaneity, and creativity can naturally unfold.
Tools of Biodynamic Psychology
– Biodynamic massage, to reconnect with bodily sensations, release long-held tensions, and support the body’s natural capacities for self-regulation and self-healing.
– Family lineage work to understand the family context, recognize recurring patterns and uncover the resources that support one’s path.
– Guided waking dreams, a gentle form of hypnosis to explore the unconscious and allow new experiences to emerge.
– Inner child work, to embrace the sensitive and forgotten parts of oneself.
– Gestalt therapy and family constellations, to bring clarity and healing into the ways we relate to ourselves, to others and to the larger family field.
– Vegetotherapy, to release deep emotions stored in the body.
Additional resources
– The foundations of meditation, to ground oneself in the present and deepen the awareness of what is unfolding within.
– Flower elixirs —Bush and Bach remedies—to help identify and transform past emotions and deeply rooted beliefs.
In essence
It may seem that there are many “techniques and tools”, yet the essential part of my work consists in creating a safe and open space from where traumas, false beliefs, tensions, anxieties are no longer perceived to be a threat. They can be seen, transformed, dissolved.
And new possibilities can begin to emerge…
