BIODYNAMIC MASSAGES

Developed by Gerda Boyesen, Biodynamic massages have a deep psychotherapeutic effect.
They use specific techniques to contact the life energy through the body tissues, rehabilitating the natural circulation of vitality and the person’s own capacity for self-regulation.
This allows a physiological clearing of the psychic information encapsulated in the body. In this way, the body can slowly and naturally “digest” emotional stress.

Different methods can be used to meet the various forms of “armour” and tension held in the body and in the energy field. Depending on what is needed, the massage may be light and flowing, encouraging relaxation and the soft release of unresolved stress and emotions, or deeper and more dynamic, gently kneading the armoured muscles so that toxins can disperse, stagnant energy can move again, and sensations and vitality can reawaken.

As these blockages melt and the body’s natural capacity for self-regulation comes back, a reconnection to one’s inner presence becomes possible. This often brings subtle yet meaningful shifts—One can feel more free, more open, more grounded.

These massages also help regulate sleep, ease accumulated stress, relieve migraines, support digestion, and soften chronic tensions or pain.
They may be offered directly on the skin or over soft, comfortable clothing.
